Job Title: Assembly Worker Tractor Plant
Location: Basildon
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:45 15:45 (06:45 11:45 on Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.30 ( pay increase after 12 weeks )
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Assembly Workers to join our client in Basildon on tractor manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble tractor parts and components according to specifications and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Light mechanical experience required
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. xgikmsk
