We are looking for an experienced
Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
to join our clients busy
Residential, New Build and Shared Ownership team
in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a
qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer , although we are also keen to hear from experienced conveyancing professionals who have a strong track record of managing their own caseload. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and responsive service to clients. Your caseload will include a range of: Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Shared ownership transactions Remortgages and related property matters Leasehold and title-related matters You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to agreed timescales. About You
We are looking for someone with solid
residential conveyancing experience
who is confident managing their own caseload. Ideally, you will be: A qualified
Solicitor
or
Licensed Conveyancer An experienced
Conveyancing Fee Earner
with a proven track record Experienced in managing a caseload from instruction through to completion Confident dealing with both freehold and leasehold transactions Ideally experienced in
New Build and/or Shared Ownership
conveyancing Organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing deadlines Client-focused with excellent communication skills Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a wider team Why Join Us?
