Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Braintree Hours : Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:15 - Friday: 07:45 - 15:15 Job description: An established and growing manufacturer in the industrial sector is seeking a dedicated candidate to join their team in Braintree on their morning shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Applying adhesive or glue to gasket materials using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or dispensing machines Positioning and bonding gaskets onto metal, plastic, or rubber components accurately Measuring and cutting gasket materials to the correct size if required Assemble parts Ensure each component is aligned and secured correctly Pick components from trays or bins Visual checking and inspections of parts Requirements: Previous manufacturing and assembly experience is essential. Manual handling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional attention to detail to ensure product quality. Experience with SAP or using handheld scanners is desirable but not not essential Ability to meet targets TPBN1_UKTJ
