Overview
We are a leading UK-based manufacturing company supplying high-quality products. With ongoing growth and a focus on operational efficiency, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch Operative to join our busy team in Hatfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Book shipments with couriers and generate delivery documentation (labels, invoices, etc.)
- Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and organised dispatch area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with stocktakes and other warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment (manufacturing sector preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT skills for booking systems and documentation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
