We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Multi-Drop Transport Planner
to join a busy transport operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily multi-drop deliveries, maximising vehicle utilisation and ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimise daily multi-drop delivery routes. Maximise vehicle utilisation and operational efficiency. Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse teams. Monitor delivery performance and resolve service issues. Manage last-minute changes, delays and additional collection requests. Ensure compliance with driver hours and transport regulations. Maintain accurate records and update transport management systems. Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience in transport planning . Good knowledge of the UK road network and multi-drop operations. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience using transport management systems is desirable. Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience. Opportunity to join a busy and established transport operation. A varied role with responsibility for daily planning and operational performance. Working hours: Monday to Friday : 5am-3pm / 10am-8pm
