Polisher/Fettler
to join our night shift team in a dynamic machine shop environment! What You'll Do:
As a Polisher/Fettler, you'll ensure aerospace components meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Deburring and removing sharp edges using files, scrapers, and rotary tools. Grinding and polishing steel and aluminum components to exact drawing specifications. Performing light polishing and finishing work on various parts. Conducting visual inspections of completed products. Completing accurate documentation and maintaining records. Working to ISO 50001, 14001, 45001, and 9001 standards. Supporting our Energy team by identifying energy savings opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For:
We want team members who take pride in quality, precision, and safety. You will need: Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal. Physical fitness and stamina to stand or sit for long periods. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Motivation, honesty, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work overtime when required. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment is preferred. Why Join Us:
