Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage the administrative and operational tasks within our warehouse. You’ll oversee picking, checking, loading, and unloading, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate warehouse documentation to ensure accurate stock movements and timely deliveries.
- Support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in WMS, spreadsheets, and emails
- Monitor all site visitors ensuring access control. (first point of contact)
- Ensure site safety, hygiene, and visitor control.
- Investigate and resolve workflow exceptions with the Warehouse Team Leader.

- Warehouse experience, including workflow planning and operational tasks.
- Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel, Word, WMS).
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
