Job Title: Tyre/Maintenance Controller

Location: Norwich, NR6 6AN

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Holidays: 23 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tyre/Maintenance Controller to join our busy Norwich team. This is a key role where you’ll manage supplier authority for both tyre and maintenance work, liaise with technicians, drivers, and other depots, and ensure our fleet runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue work orders to suppliers for tyre repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Advise customers on breakdowns, service requirements, and MOTs.
• Communicate confidently with technicians, drivers, and other depots.
• Take ownership of daily departmental operations in the absence of your supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
