A1 Personnel are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and condition of products.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory and streamline operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations.

- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners.
Requirements:
