We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team, supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy
- Booking goods in/out and replenishing stock
- Checking orders before dispatch
- Using warehouse equipment where required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg)
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic IT skills (WMS/FLT licence a bonus)
- Warehouse experience helpful but not essential
- Able to commute to Southend-on-Sea
