We're looking for a hands-on Electronic Test Repair Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy fault-finding, repairing electronics to component level, and working with high-quality audio products, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Test and inspect board-level audio products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair electronic faults down to component level.
- Repair and rework PCBs, including:
- Through-Hole and SMD components
- Single-sided and plated-through-hole (PTH) boards
- Hand soldering, hot air rework, and track repairs
- Support production teams with technical troubleshooting when required.
- Carry out electrical testing on products and components using established procedures.
- Assist with developing and maintaining testing methods alongside Quality and Design teams.
- Accurately complete production and testing documentation.
- Help drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively to achieve production targets while maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards.
