Job Description Conveyancing Paralegal We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable conveyancing professional who is comfortable managing their own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for progressing a varied residential conveyancing caseload efficiently and professionally, while delivering a high level of service to clients and other stakeholders. Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Handle matters with minimal supervision, taking ownership of files and ensuring they progress efficiently. Review and prepare legal documentation and contracts. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and relevant conveyancing standards. Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal. The ability to work confidently with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Previous experience working within a busy conveyancing department.
