- Report on operational KPIs and provide management insight.
- Investigate incidents and support disciplinary processes when required.
- Be hands-on, proactive, and always safety-first.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong leadership experience with HGV Class 1 driver teams.
- CPC qualification (essential).
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, vehicle maintenance, and planning.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead, coach, and influence.
- A results-driven mindset balancing customer service with cost efficiency.

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Company pension & life insurance
- Private medical insurance
- Cycle-to-work scheme
- Free on-site parking
- Career progression in a regulated, forward-thinking environment
Why Join?
This is more than a supervisory role—it’s your chance to step into a leadership position where your decisions directly shape performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact, the backing of an experienced management team, and the opportunity to develop your career in one of the most demanding yet rewarding transport environments.
If you’re ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and grow within a respected global business—we’d love to hear from you.
