What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll lead a variety of projects from concept through to construction, working closely with directors, clients, and in-house teams.
  • This is your chance to make your mark—managing and mentoring a growing team, building client relationships, and delivering high-impact design and survey work.
  • Lead small to medium civil and structural projects
  • Guide and support junior engineers and technical staff
  • Manage client relationships, proposals, and project scopes
  • Oversee surveys, technical reports, contract admin, and design reviews
  • Deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Who You Are:

  • Chartered (or on the path to chartership) with ICE, IStructE, or MRICS
  • Proven background in building structures, project management, and client liaison
  • Comfortable overseeing surveys, structural assessments, and mentoring engineers
  • Technically strong—skilled in design software, relevant standards, and drawing/modelling
  • Great communicator and organiser, with commercial awareness and leadership ability
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts and Building Regulations is a big plus
