Job Description Litigation Solicitor – 3+ PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join an established and growing legal team in Chadwell Heath. We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware solicitor with broad general litigation experience who enjoys taking ownership of matters, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice. This role would suit someone who is ambitious, personable and keen to develop their career while playing an active role in the continued growth of the litigation department. You’ll manage a varied caseload of contentious matters for both individual and commercial clients, with the opportunity to develop and build on your existing areas of expertise. Breach of contract claims Nuisance claims Building and property disputes Commercial litigation Managing a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution Drafting pleadings, correspondence, applications and other legal documents Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers Contributing to business development, networking and the growth of the litigation department Solid experience across general litigation ~ Experience acting for both private individuals and/or commercial clients ~ Advocacy experience is desirable ~ Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365 and Teams ~ Experience using LEAP or another legal case management system is desirable ~ You should also be commercially minded and keen to contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department.
