We’re looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team and develop your skills in managing project costs and contracts.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the QS team in managing project budgets and costs
- Prepare valuations, track variations, and help with final accounts
- Assist with subcontractor agreements and client communications
- Monitor materials, pricing, and project profitability
- Learn to manage contracts and post-contract processes
- Work closely with site teams to understand the practical side of projects
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths; IT, Science, or Design Tech a plus
- Studying or recently completed a BTEC, HNC/HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Keen interest in construction and strong numeracy skills
- Organised, proactive, and ready to learn
- Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients and subcontractors
