An established company in the commercial and industrial flooring industry is seeking an experienced Project Contracts Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Resin and Microcement flooring systems, strong project coordination skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients onsite and remotely to understand project requirements
  • Conduct site surveys and complete site audit reports in our system
  • Recruit and schedule fitters; manage workloads through simPRO
  • Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless project setup
  • Organize plant/equipment hire and material purchasing
  • Deliver Toolbox Talks and oversee on-site safety and performance
  • Track progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial/industrial flooring
  • Strong knowledge of Resin and Microcement flooring systems
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and across multiple active sites
  • Experience with simPRO or similar scheduling software (preferred)
