Projects / Contracts Engineer β Norwich
Β£38,000 β Β£42,000 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Company Pension

We specialise in the supply and support of rotating electrical machines and associated equipment, with a strong engineering focus and bespoke customer-driven solutions.
Weβre seeking a Projects/Contracts Engineer to play a key role in managing international customer projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion.
What youβll be doing:
- Managing customer projects β delivering on time and within budget.
- Coordinating service engineers and project resources.
- Supporting the development of new business opportunities in the UK and overseas.
- Working closely with our UK engineering team and commercial office in China.
- Building strong supplier and customer relationships worldwide.
- Providing technical, commercial, and logistics support.
- Handling some clerical/admin tasks β purchase orders, invoices, and shipping docs.
- Travelling overseas to meet customers and suppliers (expenses covered).
About you:
- Self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-focused.
- Experience handling technical customer project orders in a manufacture-to-order environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering and logistics.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise across cultures and departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access knowledge a bonus).
- Qualified by degree or experience β we value both.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
