Mechanical Production Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimisation:
  • Analyse and enhance manufacturing workflows, covering mechanical assembly, joining techniques, electrical, and RF testing. Implement efficiency improvements, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain and improve quality standards across all production stages. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure products meet stringent specifications.
  • Manufacturing Support & Problem Solving:
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production teams. Rapidly troubleshoot issues, resolve them to root cause, and minimise downtime and losses.
  • Documentation & Standards:
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, and quality protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Champion a culture of innovation and improvement, driving initiatives that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
