We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join our highly skilled Engineering team in Romford.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers, supporting the manufacture of precision components for the aerospace industry through the development of efficient manufacturing processes and CNC programmes.
About the Role This is a varied and hands-on engineering role where you'll be responsible for developing manufacturing processes from concept through to production.
You'll create and optimise CNC programmes, design workholding solutions and introduce process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency and productivity.
Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring new and existing components are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
