Job Description Experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our clients busy and established legal team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have solid previous experience within a residential conveyancing department within a legal practice and will be confident providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across a busy caseload. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, proactive and experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking to join a professional and supportive team. Provide full secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing fee earners. Assist with the day-to-day management and progression of residential conveyancing files. Prepare and format correspondence, contracts and legal documentation. Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries. Provide general administrative support to the wider conveyancing team. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary and a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Proven experience working within a residential conveyancing team. A strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
