Repairs and Maintenance Site Supervisor in London

A1 Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance and Repairs Site Supervisor to join our client’s team in East London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong trade background who is passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to social housing residents. You will supervise and support a team of skilled operatives carrying out responsive and void repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The role requires someone proactive, technically confident, and committed to maintaining excellent service and compliance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive and void repairs Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads to meet KPIs and SLAs Accurately scope, price, and record repair works Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to operatives when required Liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and internal teams Ensure all health & safety and compliance procedures are followed Contribute to service improvements and promote a positive, solutions-focused culture Requirements NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds qualification Proven experience supervising repairs teams within the social housing sector Strong knowledge of repairs processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Hands-on, proactive, and confident in managing teams on-site Full UK driving license Benefits: Competitive salary up to £45,000 Company van, fuel card, and laptop provided Pension scheme and holiday entitlement Training and development opportunities for career progression indperm
