Job Description Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm in London for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable conveyancing professional who is able to manage their own caseload independently from instruction through to post-completion while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision. Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Taking client instructions and opening new files in accordance with compliance procedures. Drafting contracts and preparing legal documentation. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction. Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a residential or Commercial property department. Proven ability to independently manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion. Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Experience working with high-volume residential conveyancing matters. Experience using digital conveyancing platforms.
