Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer – Hornchurch

Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next opportunity?
We’re looking for a confident and organised conveyancing professional who can manage their own caseload independently, providing excellent client service from initial instruction right through to post-completion.
The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
- Prepare and review contracts, reports, legal documentation and correspondence
- Deal with searches, enquiries, title checks and exchange of contracts
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
- Manage completions, financial transactions and post-completion requirements
- Monitor key dates, deadlines and transaction milestones
- Provide clear, professional and timely communication to clients throughout the process
- Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction through to post-completion
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident using legal case-management systems and IT
- Professional, proactive and commercially aware approach
