A growing and dynamic company in the industrial flooring sector is seeking a Resin/Industrial Flooring Estimator to join our busy estimating department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a vital role in quoting projects and contributing to continued business growth. This is an office-based role in Basildon, with regular client site visits required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for resin and industrial flooring projects.
- Manage enquiries and prepare quotations in line with company processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with customers face-to-face.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of estimating experience (essential).
- Background in resin or industrial flooring within the construction sector.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Own vehicle (required).
- Ability to commute reliably to Basildon, Essex.
