Industrial Flooring Estimator

A growing and dynamic company in the industrial flooring sector is seeking a Resin/Industrial Flooring Estimator to join our busy estimating department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a vital role in quoting projects and contributing to continued business growth.

This is an office-based role in Basildon, with regular client site visits required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for resin and industrial flooring projects.

• Manage enquiries and prepare quotations in line with company processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Conduct site visits and liaise with customers face-to-face.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of estimating experience (essential).

• Background in resin or industrial flooring within the construction sector.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Full UK driving licence (required).

• Own vehicle (required).

• Ability to commute reliably to Basildon, Essex.

• Monday – Thursday: 08:00-17:00
