A high-precision manufacturing business is looking for skilled CNC Operators to produce complex components using 4 & 5 axis milling and turn/mill machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines
- Inspect parts using CMM and other measuring equipment
- Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Record production issues, adjustments, and maintenance needs
- Support TPM activities to maximise machine uptime
- Work collaboratively and flexibly to meet production demands
Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience machining precision components to high quality standards
- Knowledge of manufacturing and safety procedures
- Time served and/or relevant CNC experience
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
