We're looking for a Skilled Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join our clients fabrication team, manufacturing precision components for the aerospace and defence industries.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of advanced materials and specialist equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
About the Role As a Skilled Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and assembling precision sheet metal components to customer specifications and engineering drawings.
Working with both conventional and exotic materials, you'll use a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern fabrication techniques to produce complex components to exceptionally tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities Manufacture precision sheet metal components using a range of fabrication techniques.
Carry out bending, cutting, pressing, riveting, marking out, measuring, stretching and assembly operations.
Perform deburring, drilling, trimming, filing and grinding to achieve high-quality finishes.
