About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Operative / Quality Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing operation in Basildon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality standards across both the Injection Moulding and Paint Spraying departments. This role requires someone with strong injection moulding knowledge and experience, along with an understanding of paint spraying processes. The ability to support both departments is essential, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. This position would suit someone with experience between junior and senior level who is looking to take ownership of quality processes and play a key role in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain quality standards across Injection Moulding and Paint Spraying operations.
- Carry out product inspections and specification checks.
- Identify, assess and investigate product defects.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
