A1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company based in Burnham on Crouch for experienced MIG / TIG Welders .

Key Responsibilities MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Fabricate and assemble metal products to specification.
Carry out quality inspections to ensure high standards.
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
Requirements Previous MIG and TIG welding experience within a sheet metal environment.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
Experience using fabrication equipment would be advantageous.
