About the Role We are looking for an able, reliable and hardworking Laser Machine Operative to join our busy factory environment. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or factory setting. However, full training will be provided for the right person who demonstrates a willingness to learn, a good work ethic and the ability to work safely and accurately. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of laser cutting machinery, material handling, quality checking and packing finished products. The ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions and operating procedures is essential. Key Responsibilities Load sheets and tubes of metal, including steel and aluminium, into laser cutting machines. Set up and operate laser cutting programmes in accordance with operating procedures.
