Location: Chelmsford, Essex (Office Based) Working hours: 0900am to 1715hrs We are looking for an organised and proactive LCL Export Operations Specialist to join a growing freight forwarding business based in Chelmsford.
This is a fully office-based position, offering the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and supportive logistics environment.
Key Requirements Experience in LCL export operations is preferred but not essential.
NVOCC experience would be a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Commercial awareness or sales aptitude is beneficial.
Good operational and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or the supply chain industry is advantageous.
