Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join our clients growing Construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established construction lawyer or a commercial litigation solicitor looking to specialise in construction disputes.
Working alongside experienced partners, you will advise a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants, employers, funders and insurers on a broad range of contentious construction matters.
Key Responsibilities Advising clients on construction and engineering disputes.
Managing adjudications, arbitrations, litigation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Providing strategic advice on issues arising under standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
Drafting correspondence, pleadings and settlement documentation.
Advising on contract interpretation, defects, delay, payment disputes and professional negligence claims.
Working closely with experts, counsel and clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.
Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supervising junior lawyers where appropriate.
