Join a dynamic and growing team at the heart of the fleet rental and truck & trailer industry. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Depot Assistant to help keep our depot running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a varied role that combines logistics, administration, and customer service—perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for keeping things organised and on the move.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Logistics & Fleet Support
• Prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for hire—including cleaning and basic maintenance
• Manage and organise incoming/outgoing stock, ensuring accurate logging and dispatch
• Assist in the movement and inspection of fleet vehicles

Depot & Admin Tasks

Maintain accurate inventory and complete service reports

Support back-office operations and key account management

Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and filed appropriately

Customer Service

• Provide excellent service to customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• Assist with customer collections and drop-offs, ensuring smooth service at all times
• Help build and maintain positive customer relationships

Health & Safety

• Keep the depot clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulations
• Report hazards or incidents and ensure best practice in depot safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a depot, warehouse, or fleet environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Good communication and teamworking abilities
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
