We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to join our clients growing Residential Property team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.
The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of residential property matters, handling approximately 20–25 new instructions per month while maintaining high standards of client care, technical excellence, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
- Handle approximately 20–25 new matters per month, ensuring files progress efficiently and proactively.
- Advise clients on all aspects of:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
