We are looking for an organised and proactive LCL Export Operations Specialist to join a growing freight forwarding business based in Chelmsford. This is a fully office-based position, offering the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and supportive logistics environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience in LCL export operations is preferred but not essential.
- NVOCC experience would be a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Commercial awareness or sales aptitude is beneficial.
- Good operational and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or the supply chain industry is advantageous.
