The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Providing clear and professional advice to clients
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within required timescales
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with relevant regulations and procedures
  • Delivering excellent client service from instruction through to completion

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in residential conveyancing who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing their own workload.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working as a Conveyancer or within a residential property team
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and professional approach
