Sales & Marketing Advisor

Location: Brentwood

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum

Contract: 3-month contract, commencing mid-September 2026

Working pattern: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Advisor to join our team in Brentwood on a 3-month contract, commencing in mid-September.

This is a varied role combining sales administration, client engagement, business development and marketing support. You will play an important part in managing new enquiries, supporting the commercial and operations teams, maintaining accurate client information and helping to coordinate marketing and business development activity.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients and prospects, highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Enquiries

• Act as part of the First Contact Team, answering and qualifying incoming enquiries and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
• Manage and regularly update the enquiry register, ensuring all opportunities and actions are accurately recorded.
• Liaise with existing and prospective clients regarding enquiries, providing a professional and responsive first point of contact.
• Issue quotations on behalf of the Commercial and Operations teams, ensuring information is accurate and provided within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate new business prospects from initial enquiry through to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect databases.
• Follow up enquiries and opportunities where required to support conversion and maximise new business opportunities.

Business Development & Marketing

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for business development activities.
• Coordinate enquiries relating to seminars, training and other business development initiatives.
• Support the management and creation of content for LinkedIn and the company website.
• Assist with the preparation, organisation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage marketing supplies and ensure relevant materials are available when required.
• Support wider marketing campaigns, events and promotional activity as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales and marketing activity is coordinated effectively.

• Comfortable handling enquiries and qualifying potential leads.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A strong written and verbal communicator.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Comfortable working with LinkedIn, websites and digital marketing content.
• Proactive, positive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• A team player who can build effective relationships across commercial, operations and marketing functions.

What We Offer
