Estimator / Project Coordinator in Billericay, Essex

We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team based in Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in maintenance, repairs, or property management to play a key role in delivering accurate costings and supporting project delivery. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for maintenance and property-related works, supporting both reactive and planned projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for maintenance and property works Analyse specifications, schedules, and site information to determine accurate costs Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain pricing Ensure estimates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company margins Support project managers with cost breakdowns and budget forecasting Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and records Requirements Proven experience as an Estimator within maintenance, facilities, or property management Strong understanding of repair, refurbishment, and maintenance works Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
