Key Responsibilities
- Safely loading and unloading all freight using a forklift (FLT).
- Following all procedures outlined in the Warehouse Procedure Manual.
- Reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to your supervisor or the relevant department.
- Ensuring all goods are properly booked in, with correct dimensions and documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.
- Ensuring forklifts and warehouse equipment are properly maintained and checked daily/weekly.
- Managing the prompt handling of all vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Ensuring all staff and visitors in the warehouse wear the correct safety gear (hi-vis and safety shoes).
