We're looking for a Clips and Leads Assembly Operator to join our clients production team, supporting the manufacture of high-quality aerospace and defence components.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play an important role in producing precision assemblies to the highest industry standards.
About the Role As a Clips and Leads Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for assembling a variety of precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions and customer specifications.
You'll ensure all assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with our quality management system.
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you'll contribute to delivering products that meet the demanding requirements of the aerospace and defence industries.
Key Responsibilities Assemble clips, leads and associated components to engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
Carry out mechanical assembly using hand tools and specialist assembly equipment.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections throughout the assembly process.
