About the Role As a Lock Plate Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for assembling precision lock plate components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions and customer specifications.
You'll ensure every assembly is completed accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the safe and reliable performance of aerospace products.
Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for manufacturing excellence.
