Real Estate Finance Paralegal London Salary Dependant on Experience The Role An opportunity has arisen to join a specialist Property Bridging team in London, supporting a high-volume caseload of short-term lending and secured property transactions. This role is suited to a Paralegal with property experience in property bridging finance who is keen to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key role in bridging finance matters, working closely with lenders, brokers, and borrowers to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Bridging Finance Secured Lending Manage a caseload of bridging finance transactions from instruction through to completion Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, debentures, and personal guarantees Review title documentation, searches, and valuations in line with lender requirements Liaise with underwriters to satisfy pre-completion conditions Act for lenders and/or borrowers, providing clear and practical legal support Identify risks and ensure transactions are structured in a commercially sound manner Maintain momentum on files to meet tight completion deadlines Property Conveyancing Support Handle o...
