Location - Leigh-On-Sea

Job Requirements

  • Coordinate daily dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including air waybills, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customers paperwork
  • Assist with resolving shipping issues, delays, or customs problems as they arise.
  • Ensure packaging is compliant with aviation and regulations for shipping aircraft components.
  • Schedule pickups and manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
