We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading goods and supplies
  • Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items
  • Booking in and storing stock accurately
  • Moving stock manually or using lifting equipment and forklift trucks
  • Loading and unloading shipping containers
  • Picking and packing multi-item customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate warehouse records and paperwork
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone
  • Using WMS systems
  • Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Previous warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing multi-piece orders
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting and manual handling
  • A valid FLT licence is desirable
