We are seeking a reliable and motivated FLT / Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability and growth opportunities within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts (counterbalance/reach truck, etc.) to load, unload, and transport goods safely. Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Comply with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Experience Required: A valid forklift license (counterbalance/reach truck, etc.) is essential. Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
