Trainee Internal Sales Manager in Stanford-Le-Hope

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aTrainee Internal Sales Managerfor a permanent role on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing company based in Basildon.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the sales team in achieving targets.
• Processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Supporting internal communication between sales and other departments.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
• Following up on leads and maintaining relationships with clients
• Monitoring sales metrics and generating reports.
• Analyzing market trends to suggest improvements
• Undergoing training in sales techniques, leadership, and management.
• Learning company products, services, and operational processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
   • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
2. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (often preferred).
   • Sales experience is a plus but may not always be required for entry-level trainee roles
4. • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
   • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
   • Team player with leadership potential.

Starting Salary :£30,000/ annum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm
