We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Administrator to join our growing team in Basildon. You will play a key role in supporting the installation department, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling installation appointments with clients and contractors.
- Maintaining accurate records of installations, including client details, project timelines, and inventory.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing reports and documentation related to installation projects.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
