We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Duties:
- Liaising with global teams on various technical admin tasks such as global trade compliance.
- Raise GTS tickets for harmonised tariff (HS) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification.
- Assist with Emax system and production requirements to fulfil engineering function.
- Support updating of Emax ERP system.
- Raising of TE Connectivity Part Numbers (TCPN).
- Ensuring Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) is kept up to date.
- Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with necessary data.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office experience mainly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint programs.
- Previous experience of global trade compliance beneficial.
- ERP system experience (Emax experience beneficial).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Demonstrate good punctuality.
- Keen to learn new skills.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 07:45-16:45, Friday 07:45-15:15
