Role Overview: As a Dispatch Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries, ensuring all goods are packed accurately and shipped on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch Book shipments with couriers and generate delivery documentation (labels, invoices, etc.) Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control Maintain a clean and organised dispatch area Follow health and safety procedures at all times Assist with stocktakes and other warehouse duties when required Requirements: Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment Strong organisational and time management skills Basic IT skills for booking systems and documentation Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking TPBN1_UKTJ
