The Opportunity

A1 Personnel are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who isnt just about selling but about connecting, delivering, and inspiring. What Youll Do:

Drive Sales Growth: Hunt down new business, open doors, and convert leads into long-term clients with tailored print solutions that WOW.

Own Your Projects: Manage every detail from first call to final installation. You\’ll be hands-on with briefs, quotes, logistics, and delivery.

Build Relationships That Last: Become a trusted advisor, not just a supplier. Your ability to listen, consult, and deliver will set you apart.
